Suspect was arrested for DUI with a .099% BAC as the result of a DUI Checkpoint.

Charges:

The defendant was confronted by officers while he was walking in the middle of the roadway. The suspect became combative and appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance. Controlled substances and paraphernalia were discovered a search incident to arrest.
Officers were dispatched to the residence for the report of a verbal domestic situation. While no physical violence occurred, the suspect was reported to have broken through a door to gain access to the victim. While on scene, officers recovered drug paraphernalia from the suspect.
Report of a narcotics overdose. Officer and EMS staff were able to revive the victim through the use of NARCAN.
Report of theft of custom made Cummings grill emblem and back up camera from vehicle.
