On 12/7/18, Berwick officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on Lewis Mellor. Mellor attempted to flee from officers but was later stopped. Mellor was found to be operating the vehicle under the influence of several narcotics.
On February 21 st 2019, Berwick officers conducted a traffic stop in the 1900 Block of W. Front Street for a minor traffic violation. During the course of the investigation officers found that Debra Burlingame was in possession of methamphetamine and narcotic related paraphernalia.
