On September 09, 2018 at 0308 hours the Berwick Police Dept. was dispatched to a domestic assault. Upon arrival the victim told police that she was assaulted by her boyfriend, Donald CAMPBELL. She reported that Campbell had put his hands around her neck and stated "I'm going to kill you". The victim had visible injuries from the altercation.
