The Bloomsburg Police Department has an active Felony Warrant for Andrew D. MECKLEY for charges of Strangulation, Burglary, Terroristic Threats and Simple Assault. The victim reported that Meckley broke into her home and was waiting for her to arrive. Upon arriving home, a verbal altercation began and the victim was grabbed by the hair, choked and thrown into the corner of the kitchen. Meckley threatened the victim stating "I'm going to fucking kill you" if she called the police. Meckley fled the scene prior to police arrival.
