UPDATE: This department received a tip regarding a vehicle being spotted at the scene of this incident with a male driver entering the property prior to it being reported. The vehicle is described as an older style brown and white truck with duel wheels, flatbed and wooden sides. It was reported that the vehicle resembles that of an old farm truck.  The driver is described as being  a white male in his 40's to early 50's in age.  If anyone has seen this vehicle or if anyone has any information as to who may have a vehicle like the one described, please contact this department at 570-759-0354 or submit a tip through this Crime Watch Portal. 

On December 28, 2017 and on February 20, 2018  this department  responded to the area of Slowick Road and Edwards Road  located in North Centre Township to investigate a theft of tools and criminal mischief to construction equipment.  The first home is located on Edwards Road where a "Hitachi" miter saw and a large bucket of "Stallion" fasteners were stolen. The second location reported that several of their hand tools, such as rakes, shovels and hammers, were taken as the home's foundation is being constructed. In addition to the tools being stolen, holes were drilled into both the hydraulic tank and gas tank of the construction vehicle left on site.   If anyone has seen or if anyone has any information as to who may be involved in this case, please contact this department at 570-759-0354 or submit a tip through this Crime Watch Portal.
