Investigation into a possible scam/fraud for an event titled "2017 Run For The Troopers Barrel Race" that took place on September 16, 2017. Donations were solicited from and made to the two female organizers with a promise of receiving a complimentary buckle and a shirt for donating. All who have donated at this event did not receive the complimentary gifts and the proceeds raised by this event have not been delivered as advertised.
