On May 21st, 2022 at approximately 0620 hours officers of the Catawissa Borough Police Department were dispatched the the 200 block of Pine Street for a domestic disturbance between Jamie Fulkersin and his mother Jayme Gearhart. When officers arrived, Fulkersin was found passed out his mothers front porch with throw up all over the ground. Gearhart wanted Fulkersin off of her property and to not return. Officers have responded to the residents numerous times in the past for Fulkersin trespassing and domestics.
Fulkersin was charged with Defiant Trespassing (Misdemeanor 3), two counts of Disorderly Conduct (Misdemeanor 3), and public intoxication for controlled substances (Misdemeanor 3), and two counts of harassment (Summary).
Fulkersin was placed in Columbia County Prison, but later bailed out.
Later on June 4th, 2022 at approximately 0630 hours, officers observed a male sitting by the shopping carts in the Weis Markets parking lot yelling and shouting a random vehicles passing by. The male was identified as Jamie Fulkersin. He was charged with Disorderly Conduct (summary). Fulkersin was told not to return to the property of Weis Markets Catawissa.
Later that evening, around 2000 hours, officers were dispatched to the Weis Markets as Jamie Fulkersin was causing a disturbance inside the store throwing papers, yelling at the Weis Manager, and holding a pencil in a manner that you would hold a knife to stab something. Jamie Fulkersin was again told to not return to the property of Weis Markets Catawissa, or he would be put in jail for trespassing. Fulkersin was charged with defiant trespassing (Misdemeanor 3).
On June 5th, 2022 at approximately 0340 hours, officers were dispatched to the 300 block of 2 1/2 Street for a possible attempted break-in. The reporting person/victim stated that someone was knocking and pounding on their trailer door. When officers arrived and patrolled around looking for any suspicious persons, officers observed Jamie Fulkersin in the area running away. Officers followed Fulkersin to Pine Street, where he was running and hiding in the backyards of the houses. Fulkersin was told to stop and failed to obey officers orders and ran away. Charges were filed on Fulkersin for Defiant Trespassing (Misdemeanor 3), Loitering and Prowling at Night (Misdemeanor 3), Flight to avoid apprehension (Misdemeanor 2), and disorderly conduct (Misdemeanor 3).
Finally later that morning around 0930 hours, officers received several complaints of a suspicious male walking around the borough flailing his arms, and yelling. The male was identified as Jamie Fulkersin. Fulkersin was told that he needed to stop yelling or he would be cited for disorderly conduct. Approximately thirty minutes later, another complaint was made of Fulkersin doing the same thing around town. Officers attempted to stop Fulkersin to place him under arrest and he fled. Finally, after a struggle on the ground, Fulkersin was placed into custody and arraigned and transported to Columbia County Prison. He was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct (Misdemeanor 2 and 3), flight to avoid apprehension (Misdemeanor 3), and resisting arrest (Misdemeanor 3).
