On Saturday November 28^th 2020, the Catawissa Borough Police Department responded to a reckless driving complaint in the Dollar General parking lot at 709 Mill Street. The officer on scene observed a silver BMW sedan improperly parked in a handicap spot with its hazard lights on, which matched the description from the reporting person. There was also front end damage on the vehicles front right fender above the wheel. The driver was identified and taken into custody for suspected DUI.

Investigation is still on-going; therefore, the suspects identity will not be released.
