Police were dispatched to 211 East 1^st Street on March 17, 2022 for a report of a male subject exposing himself in this area. This occurred between the hours of 0400 and 0500. The female fled the area. The male left the area walking south on Chestnut Avenue from the parking lot near Lockard Avenue in the direction of East 1^st Street. The male is described as a light-skinned black male, 5”8”- 5”10” tall, average build.
