On April 2, 2021 at approximately 1256 hours, the Bloomsburg Police Department completed a drug investigation located at 179 Railroad Street on Ricky Dean Swank Jr.  After several controlled buys of Fentanyl, a search warrant was served where Swank was taken into custody. Found in Swank's possession was approximately 128 grams of crystal Methamphetamine, 16 grams of Fentanyl, 8 grams of tranquilizer, 1000s of wax baggies, packaging materials, digital scales, coffee grinder with white powder and $1154.00 of US currency. Swank was incarcerated at the Columbia County Prison on $50,000 straight bail.
