The Bloomsburg Police are investigating a theft of a bicycle. The theft occurred on October 9, 2019 at approx. 1745 hrs. from in front of Hess's Tavern on East Main Street. The bicycle is described as a Kink Gap, with a black frame, tan tires and red, white and blue handle bar grips.
