WHEN: Residential Parking Permits for RESIDENTS will go on sale Thursday, August 1, 2024.
Residential Parking Permits for STUDENTS will go on sale Monday, August 12, 2024.
WHERE: Town Hall Building - Parking Enforcement Office, 301 E 2nd Street, 1st Floor
HOURS: Monday - Thursday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (Town Hall closed for lunch 12:30 - 1:00 pm), Friday 7:30 am - 1:00 pm
ALL RESIDENTS MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING:
1. Photo ID (Residents: If current address is on your photo ID, a lease or utility bill is not necessary)
2. Vehicle registration card
3. Full- signed lease or a current utility bill with your name and address on it.
4. Permits will not be issued without the above information.
5. There is a $10.00 annual fee required for each vehicle permit. (2 per address)
6. There is a $20.00 annual fee for the Visitor Permit (1 per address)
7. In no case shall there be more than 3 permits (two vehicle and one visitor) issued per residential unit.
There are signs on streets designating the area and times for the restricted residential permit parking.
The new permits will be effective from September 3, 2024 through August 31, 2025.
Should a resident or visitor fail to display their parking permit during the hours and days of enforcement a $40.00 fine shall be levied.
