Part Time Police Officer – Locust Township Police Department, Columbia County, PA

The Locust Township Police Department is accepting applications for a part-time Police Officer(s). We are currently looking to develop a list of applicants who may be interested in part-time employment.

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

1. United States Citizen
2. High School Graduate
3. MPOETC Act 120 Certified or in the process of becoming certified.
4. Be medically and physically capable of performing duties of the position
5. Possess a valid PA Operator’s License

Any applicant failing to meet these minimum requirements will be disqualified. This position is considered as an at-will employee. The hiring process may include passing background checks, drug testing, medical and psychological exams.

Hours of work will include day and night shifts, weekends, holidays and other hours required by the Department and to be able to work a minimum of (18) shifts a year.
