On Friday, October 21, 2022, at approximately 7:30 am, a contractor will begin replacing two pipes on Freewill Road at the intersection of Hollow Road, Locust Township. Traffic will be able to go up and down Hollow Road, but depending on the pipe they are working on, it will determine the direction on Freewill Road you can turn on to. It is best if the area is avoided, and an alternate route used if possible.
