On 9/23/20220 at approximately 2106 hours, in the 200 block of Cemetery Street, Zachary Parker who was operating a 2006 Mercury Mountaineer, knowingly fled from being stopped by a fully marked Berwick Police Vehicle that was operating its emergency lights and sirens in the 200 block of Cemetery Street. Parker then crashed the vehicle in the area of the 800 block of North Mulberry Street, fled on foot, making entry into a relative’s home, concealing himself in the basement, and ignoring multiple commands to turn himself into police.
